OBJECTIVES


1. To formulate Annual and Development Plan with Annual Calendar of Activities.
 
2. To implement personnel program and services based on the approved guidelines.
 
3. To organize training-seminars based on the training needs assessment conducted in coordination with the
 
administration, college deans and department heads.
 
4. To facilitate immediate assistance concerning grievances of employees.
 
5. To make oneself available to attend to employment concerns of employees.
